A new way of thinking is starting to spark amazing outcomes for those who are willing to try it.  It isn’t a scam or a fake ad, but by changing their mindset from focusing on negative and finding the positive.

There has been a new psychology study  where a group is watching  the effects of positive thinking. “Each one of us is like that butterfly the Butterfly Effect . And each tiny move toward a more positive mindset can send ripples of positivity through our organizations our families and our communities.” Shawn Achor says in his book “The Happiness Advantage.” He goes on to explain that starting in college youth  start to put a huge amount of pressure on themselves. To get amazing grades. To have that top job and to have the best partner. Really the things that make them happy are simple. By realizing that  they have the power to not only effectively change their life by positive thinking but to do it in a way that  becomes successful.

Gratitude is one of the simplest things that is overlooked on a normal bases to help change mindsets. Rhonda Byrne who wrote “The Secret to Gratitude” states;  “Be grateful for what you have now. As you begin to think about all the things in your life you are grateful for, you will be amazed at the never ending thoughts that come back to you of more things to be grateful for. You have to make a start, and then the law of attraction will receive those grateful thoughts and give you more just like them.”  Robert A. Emmors, PH.D. is a top researcher on gratitude says “Gratitude reduces a multitude of toxic emotions ranging from envy and resentment to frustration and regret.” His gratitude research has proven an effectively increase happiness and reduce depression.

Another  wonderful things that allows them to have a more positive way of thinking is to stop negative self talk. This one is very much so easier said than done. By cutting out negative self talk about how they see themselves, or how they feel, or think they others view them it allows this new wave of positive thinking. Taking the burden of have to impress or being something other than themselves in this crazy world.  Its realizing that they are who they are no matter what is really happening or how self confident they are. Owning flaws and cutting out negative self talk is what helps them see they can live their way.

Overcoming the “I can’t” mentality. Mental achievements often come when people realize that they can achieve anything. When overcoming the “I can’t” mentality it is automatically puts them on a successful path. When talking to the top most successful people around the world they will all say they they kept trying and that they knew they could. Placing “I Can” as a normal thought process has been proven to help people achieve anything they once thought impossible.

As depression ripples across the world a simple idea is chasing after those who can look on the sunny side of life. Positive thinking is the most simplistic way of of helping change your mindset and help see the beauty of life. We all know that it truly can’t be that simple, but a few thoughts a day can start changing a thought process to live a happier more positive life style.
